Servant Leadership

A Servant Leader’s behavior is ethical. Servant leader gives orders to the followers and the same time, devote time to help develop people, places, needs of others beyond the leaders’ self-interest. By doing this, the servant leader, equip the people, influence the people and creates high performance. In this case, it looks like the leader is working for the people. Instead, people are working for leaders. People are equipped and influenced by the behavior of the leader.

The characteristics of the servant leader, listening, empathizing, persuading, accepting stewardship, develop the potential of people continuously. Welcome to your blog post.
